RSG Course outline
From the 1st October 2010, it is mandatory for certain people involved in Queensland's gaming industry to have a current national training package competency in Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG).
As a Registered Training Organisation, Please contact FIVE Star Training Academy in regard to conducting this unit of competency.
Elite Security Personnel are currently enquiring to find a suitable training provider for this course to be able to offer this State Government Course. utilising only the most qualified facilitators.

Utilising only the most qualified of facilitators for this course.
- The context of responsible gambling
- Understanding the Gaming Act and its regulations
- Venue and staff responsibilities
- How to deal with staff problem gamblers
- Procedures to be followed in dealing with problem gamblers
Schedule of Training & Fees
The scheduled fee will need to be paid in full on enrolment and prior to the commencement of the training program. All fees paid will be issued with an invoice via email as proof of receipt of monies paid for access to course material and on-line tutorial support. Fees can be paid either directly into our nominated bank account, over the phone by credit card or in person with our onsite / mobile eftpos facilities. Details on how to pay are outlined on the bottom on the invoice.
The cost of this 4 hour training session includes the cost of all handouts and respective Statement of Attainment.
Individual (Cairns)
$90per participant (all inclusive) with sessions being conducted by Troy WOODALL the owner operator of Elite Security Personnel in Cairns who has extensive experience in both the security and hospitiality industries. For group booking in Cairns please send Troy an email and he will arrange sessions times to fit in with your schedule.

Group Bookings (State-wide)*
$1000 facilitation fee + $20 per participant for cost of all handouts. (for 20 participants the total cost would be $1000 + (20 x $20) = $1400 or $70 per participant). All training will be conducted on the clients premises nominated and supplied by the client or as arranged by Elite Security Personnel ensuring a fully operational workplace bar is available for the demonstrative component of the course.

Enrolment occurs through online registration and/or personal enrolment on the day of training with the payment of course fees. Your details are captured and stored securely, with the results of your training being linked to this enrolment information.
NOTE
Participants are responsible for reading all relevant materials provided on the website including the BARS Training Australia Student Handbook and the information about courses prior to enrolment. Once participants have entered their details it will be accepted by all parties that they have read the Student Handbook and agree with all the Terms and Conditions prior to commencing their training.
